First of all, the value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With prices starting at a very reasonable rate, you get so much more than you would expect. The attention to detail is evident throughout, especially with the personalized welcome board and the provision of additional "vests" for a more stylish yukata experience.
No improvements necessary, everything was perfect!

They even picked us up from the bus stop, making it very convenient. The rooms were spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The outdoor pool and the spacious room with a breathtaking view were the best aspects of my stay. The pool was my favorite place to unwind, and the view from the room was so stunning that I couldn't resist taking photos. The location was also perfect, close to the attraction I wanted to visit. Plus, the staff were very accommodating, providing excellent service that made my stay more enjoyable.
The meal package offered was a bit overpriced, and the lack of transportation options from the hotel was a hassle. However, these negatives did not put a damper on my stay, as the positive aspects of the hotel more than made up for it.

During my stay, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide exceptional services such as laying down fresh tatamis and cleaning tea pots/cups within the hour. The hotel provided a spacious and clean room with great facilities, such as a private shower and toilet, indoor and outdoor onsens, and a public bath. I enjoyed the copious and delicious dinner and breakfast served in the main dining room. The hotel also had reliable transportation services, including a shuttle that picked me up and dropped me off at nearby bus stations and the train station.
Nothing all good.
